Ordering, Payment and Delivery
8 questionsWhere are you located?
Remy Peptides is a global online company with operations across multiple markets.
How long does delivery take?
Dubai orders placed before 4 PM are delivered the same day, and most arrive within 4 hours. Outside Dubai, orders placed before 12 PM (noon) arrive the next day; orders placed after 12 PM arrive within two days. Saturday orders outside Dubai arrive Monday. Sunday delivery is not available outside Dubai.
Can I pay by card upon delivery?
No. Card payments are not taken at the door. We accept card payments through an online payment link sent by our team. Cash on Delivery is available for Dubai orders only; orders outside Dubai require card or USDT. The available options are shown at checkout.
The minimum order is AED 400.
Do you offer Tabby as a payment option?
No, Tabby is not currently available. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.
Where do you deliver?
We serve customers across multiple markets. Delivery availability and timing depend on your destination.
Do you charge delivery fees?
Yes. A delivery fee of AED 50 applies when the product total after discounts is below AED 1,000. Delivery is free at AED 1,000 or more, and the final amount is shown before you confirm the order.
Will the product arrive cold?
Products that require refrigeration are sent in insulated cold-chain packaging intended to maintain +2 to +8°C during delivery. Refrigerate the product as soon as it arrives.
Do you have a physical store where I can purchase the products?
We operate online and do not currently have a walk-in retail store. Orders can be placed through our website.
Products, Pens, Vials and Storage
10 questionsHow long does a pen last?
There is no single fixed duration. Retatrutide pens contain 300 total clicks, so the number of uses depends on the clicks used each time. We can explain that device arithmetic, but we cannot recommend a personal amount or protocol.
How should I store the pen or vial?
Keep unopened pens and vials refrigerated at +2 to +8°C, protected from light, and never freeze them. In-use pens and reconstituted vials can have different storage windows, so follow the label and insert supplied with your specific product.
How do I reconstitute the vial?
Vials arrive as freeze-dried powder and require reconstitution before use. Follow the product-specific instructions for the correct diluent and volume; the calculator can help with concentration math. Pens come pre-filled and do not require reconstitution.
What is the difference between the 30mg Retatrutide pen and the other Retatrutide pens?
The 30mg FlexiPen is made by Remedium Research, while the 10mg, 20mg and 40mg pens are ProPeptide products. They also differ in total content, concentration, click measurement, included needles, pricing and the batch documentation currently published.

What is the difference between the pen and the vial?
The pen is pre-filled and does not need mixing. A vial contains freeze-dried powder that must be reconstituted before use, giving the researcher control over its final concentration but adding more preparation steps.
Can I travel with my pen?
You can transport the pen in an insulated case, following the storage temperature on its label and keeping it from direct contact with cold packs so it does not freeze. For international travel, check the airline and import rules for both your departure point and destination before you travel.
What is the expiry date of the pen or vial?
Check the expiry printed on the product and do not use it after that date. Expiry and in-use periods can differ by brand, format and batch.
How long can I store an unopened pen or vial in the refrigerator?
Keep it unopened at +2 to +8°C and use it by the expiry printed on its packaging. Do not freeze it.
How do I prime the pen?
ProPeptide and Remedium Research pens use the same priming steps. Follow the priming instructions in the leaflet included with your pen. If the pen does not dispense as described, stop and contact us.
Are the needles included with the pen?
Yes. For Retatrutide pens, the 30mg Remedium Research FlexiPen includes 20 sterile 31G, 5mm pen needles. The ProPeptide 10mg pen includes 5, while the ProPeptide 20mg and 40mg pens include 10 each.
Testing and Verification
4 questionsWhere do you source your products from?
We do not use one single source for every product. Each product page identifies the relevant brand or manufacturer. ProPeptide-branded products are sourced and packed in ProPeptide’s facility; where available, the matching batch-specific Janoshik report is published on our Testing page.
Can I view the Janoshik report for the batch assigned to my order?
Yes, when a published report exists for that batch. The report is available on our Testing page, or you can ask us for the matching report. It covers the tested batch, not each individual pen.
Do you have a Certificate of Analysis (CoA)?
We publish independent Janoshik reports for batches with completed testing. A manufacturer's Certificate of Analysis and an independent analytical report are different documents, so the testing page shows the documentation currently available for each published batch.
Do you have the batch number for the pens?
The 30mg Remedium Research FlexiPen has its batch number on the box. For ProPeptide pens, ask us to confirm the batch allocated to your order and the matching published documentation.
